1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "Buyer", or "You"), and Bulk In Distributor ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, related B2B platform, or API connected thereto.

By registering for a wholesale account or placing a bulk order, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the B2B platform.

2. Wholesale Accounts & Eligibility

Bulk In Distributor operates strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. To purchase from our platform, you must meet the following criteria:

• You represent a valid, registered business or corporate entity.
• You are purchasing products for resale, business operations, or institutional use, not for personal consumption.
• You must provide valid tax identification, resale certificates, or corporate registration details upon request.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these eligibility requirements or engages in fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing, Minimums & Orders

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

All products listed on the platform are subject to strict Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), typically starting at 12 units per SKU unless stated otherwise. Orders failing to meet the MOQ will not be processed.

Dynamic Bulk Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping, taxes, and duties. Volume pricing discounts apply automatically based on the quantity added to your cart. We reserve the right to modify base prices at any time due to manufacturer adjustments or market fluctuations.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your bulk order for any reason, including stock unavailability or pricing errors. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Payment Terms

For standard wholesale accounts, 100% upfront payment is required before goods are dispatched. Accepted payment methods include Wire Transfer, Credit Card, and authorized PayPal accounts.

Net-30 Terms

Net-30 payment terms are strictly reserved for approved, long-term partners following a credit check. Invoices under Net-30 terms must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month and result in the suspension of Net-30 privileges.

5. Shipping, Freight & Risk of Loss

We arrange shipping through trusted global freight partners (Air, Sea, or Express Courier). Alternatively, buyers may use their own carrier account (FOB terms).

• Lead Times: Standard in-stock items are dispatched within 48 business hours. Private label or exceptionally large cargo orders may require 14-30 days lead time.
• Customs & Duties: The buyer is entirely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and clearance delays in their destination country.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Bulk In Distributor are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Damages

Because we operate on tight B2B margins, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or unsold inventory.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your shipment arrives damaged or contains defective SKUs, you must notify your dedicated account manager within five (5) business days of receiving the cargo. You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged cartons and products.

Upon verification, Bulk In Distributor will issue a credit note or supply replacement units on your next order. Returns sent without prior written authorization will be refused.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bulk In Distributor, its directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific wholesale order in question.
